Saturday, June 15th 2013, four francophone movies will be screened at The Globe Cinema (617 – 8th Ave S.W.). Tickets will be available for purchase at the door. Ticket prices are $5 for the first movie (Le jour des corneilles) and for $10 for the following three movies. 10 a.m. : The day crows (The Day of the Crows), Family, Jean-Christophe Dessaint, 2012, 96 min, animators, France / Canada SYNOPSIS : The young Courge lives in the heart of the forest, raised by his father, a tyrannical giant who reigns triumphant over his domain and prevents his son from exploring beyond its boundaries.
